9. Whilst astrodasha.com tries to make sure that the products displayed on the website are sent to the customer in an as-is condition, the picture may slightly differ from the original product. The customers are recommended to exercise discretion on this subject. No refunds could be issued in this regard.

All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, the cost of delivery or courier charges (to and fro), customs duty and / or every other costs which were borne by astrodasha.com in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
12. Multiple payments made for the same order will be refunded in full (without deducting transaction costs at the duplicate payments), after keeping the cost of a single order.
